π How to Prepare Clove, Cinnamon & Lemon Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500 ml) of water
- 1 cinnamon stick (or Β½ teaspoon cinnamon powder)
- 4β5 whole cloves
- Juice of Β½ a fresh lemon
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon of raw honey for taste

- Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add the cinnamon and cloves.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently for 7β10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly (so itβs warm, not hot).
- Add the lemon juice (and honey, if desired) and stir well.
- Strain and serve warm.
How to Use:
Optionally, have another cup after lunch or before bedtime to aid digestion and relaxation. πΏβ¨
Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach to stimulate metabolism and balance blood sugar.
